An Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) enables individuals to designate a trusted attorney to handle financial assets in the future should they become mentally incapacitated. EPA will become effective after registering at the High Court. This service needs to be arranged by a lawyer in advance. If you have any questions, please contact us.
