Existing chronic disease subsidised programma clients can follow up with doctor according to their care plan; For others, doctor consultation and relevant health screening are required before starting any treatment plan.
Participation Notice
Medications must be prescribed by doctor and used under the supervision. Individual results and weight loss outcomes may vary. For optimal and sustainable results, treatment must be combined with appropriate lifestyle modifications to help reduce the risk of weight regain.

Terms & Conditions
- Service items are generally valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Prescribed medications and purchased items are intended for the registered client’s treatment use and are therefore not transferable or exchangeable. If a client is assessed by the doctor as unsuitable to continue the programme due to medical reasons:
- Up to 2/3 of the programme fee may be refunded if discontinuation occurs within the first month.
- Up to 1/3 of the programme fee may be refunded if discontinuation occurs after the first month.
- The refundable amount may be adjusted after deducting the original value of medications dispensed, consultations completed, investigations performed and related administrative costs.
